This page is a map of everything on cedargift.shop: the product collections, every help and policy page, and the parts of the site you use to buy and to manage an order. The list above is generated automatically and always shows the current pages and collections. The guide below explains how the store is put together, what each section is for and where to go when you have a question, so you can find your way around in a few clicks instead of a lot of scrolling.

The short version

  • Shop by branch: four ornament collections (farm and tractor, trucks, buck and field, hometown) plus rustic home gifts and country tees and mugs.
  • Help: start at the Help Center or the FAQs; every policy is linked from there and from the footer of every page.
  • Your order: check it on Order Tracking, change it within 24 hours on Cancel or Change an Order, return it within 60 days.
  • Talk to us: email [email protected]; we reply within 24 hours on business days.

1. How the store is organised

Cedar Gift sells wood-look ornaments and rustic gifts for farm families, truck people, hunters and anglers, and anyone who still calls a small town home. Everything is grouped into six collections. Four of them are ornament collections, one for each kind of country person we make gifts for; the other two carry the same designs onto things for the house and things to wear or drink from. Every collection lives at an address that starts with /collections/, and every product page at an address that starts with /products/.

The main menu at the top of every page follows the same order: Farm & Tractor, Trucks, Buck & Field, Hometown, and then “Home & more”, which opens the home gifts, the tees and mugs, the full shop and the most-used help pages. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the same list.

To see every product on one page, open the Shop. It lists the whole catalogue, newest first, with the price or price range under each item. Every collection page starts with a short buying guide written for that branch: what the designs show, how the finishes and shapes work, and which pieces can be personalised.

Finding a personalised gift

Five products take your own words: the custom farm family name and year ornament, the custom pickup ornament with a name and year, the custom first buck keepsake, the custom hometown water tower ornament and the custom coordinates home place sign. Each sits in its own collection, and the homepage section “Who’s it for this year?” links straight to all five. On those product pages you type the names, years, towns or coordinates in the boxes above the Add to cart button and the photo shows your text as you type.

Finding a gift by person, not by product

If you are shopping for someone rather than for a particular item, start with the four round ornaments on the homepage under “Truck, tractor, buck or hometown?” Each one opens the collection that suits that kind of person. From there, the home gifts and the tees and mugs carry the same tractor, pickup, buck and hometown designs, so you can build a matching gift around one picture.

3. Help and support pages

These pages answer questions before and after you buy. They are linked in the footer of every page, under Help, and from the Help Center.

  • Help Center: the starting point for any question, with every help topic grouped by stage of your order.
  • FAQs: quick answers about the wood-look finish, personalisation, delivery times, returns and payment.
  • Order Tracking: look up an order with its number and your checkout email, and see what each order status means.
  • Shipping & Delivery: preparation in 1-3 business days, 7-14 business days in transit, free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, ships from the USA.
  • Cancel or Change an Order: how to change finish, size, colour, text or address, or cancel, within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Size Guide: how to choose apparel sizes, sign sizes, throw and pillow sizes, and mug sizes without guesswork.
  • Contact Us: our email address, reply time and business address.
  • Submit a Ticket: email links with a ready-made subject line for each kind of question, so your message reaches the right place.

4. Policy pages

Our policies are written in plain language with the exact numbers we work to. They are listed in the footer under Policies.

  • Returns & Exchanges Policy: 60 days from delivery, any reason, personalised pieces included, with a free return label.
  • Refund Policy: refunds sent within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method or as store credit that never expires.
  • Payment Methods: how payment works at checkout and what to do if a payment does not go through.
  • Privacy Policy: what personal information we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
  • Terms of Service: the agreement that applies when you use the site and place an order.
  • Intellectual Property Policy: why our designs are generic and which personalisation text we cannot print.
  • DMCA: how rights holders can send us a copyright notice and how counter-notices work.
  • About Cedar Gift: what we sell, how our wood-look pieces and personalisation work, and where to find us.

5. Buying: cart, checkout and your account

When you add a product to the cart, a small cart preview opens from the cart icon at the top right. From there you can go to the Cart to change quantities, check your personalisation text one more time and see the total. The checkout page asks for your shipping address in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand and shows the free shipping method and your order total before you pay. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

An account is optional. If you create one, the My Account page shows your past orders and their status, your saved addresses and your account details. If you check out as a guest, you can still look up any order on Order Tracking with the order number and email address from your confirmation email.

7. A walk down the homepage

The homepage is laid out like a short tour of the store. At the top, four tall tiles open the four ornament collections. Below them, four round ornaments on a pine-green band ask “Truck, tractor, buck or hometown?” and lead to the same collections for anyone who prefers to start with the person rather than the product. Next comes a three-step explanation of how a custom ornament comes together, then a row of farm and tractor ornaments, and a set of tabs that switch between trucks, buck and field, and hometown designs without leaving the page.

Further down, two wide panels open Rustic Home Gifts and Country Tees & Mugs, a strip of five gift moments links to the five personalised products, a row of home gifts follows, and five common questions are answered at the bottom, with a link to the full FAQs. The footer below that holds our address, our email and the links to every collection, help page and policy.

8. Searching the store

The magnifying-glass icon at the top of every page opens a search box. Search works best with a plain word for the thing you want: tractor, pickup, buck, duck, bass, barn, church, water tower, sign, coaster, throw, pillow, mug, tumbler, hoodie or tee. Searching by finish (light, dark) or by shape (star, heart) brings up the ornaments that offer them. Brand names will not find anything, because we only sell generic designs.

9. What you will not find here

To keep things honest and simple, a few things are deliberately missing from the site. There is no blog yet, no newsletter sign-up, no customer review section until real reviews arrive, no social media links and no live chat. Support is by email only. If you came looking for one of those, email us and we will answer your question directly.

10. Pages that update automatically

The list at the top of this page, the main menu and the footer are kept in step with each other. When a new collection or page is added, it appears in the list above on its own. Collections with no products yet are left out of the list until they have something to show, so you will not land on an empty page from here.

11. Still lost?
